This bw3s is the worst location, werent properly greeted by the hostess, he asked us which side would we like to sit on than, as we were sat we waiting at least 20mins for a server. The joint wasnt very clean, we finally got drinks & soon after ordered our meal. got our meal 45 mins later from a different server. Our serve didnt even come check in on us to see if everything was fine. i tried some of the things on my plate & didnt like it. so i asked to get something else. the server cane back & said my manger said no so i told her to bring him over. his explanation of not letting me get something else was because the pretzel was half bitten off of, more than half of the food was on the plate not much was touched. To be exact he was the GM & he told me i still had to pay for the same meal i volunteered to even pay the difference & there still was a problem i told him i wasnt going to pay for the meal so he called the police to my table & i had to explain to them my situation & by doing that got me a new meal . Which wasnt neccsary, why does a police officer have to make you do your job right.. after that i lost my appetite & didnt even finish my meal... worst experience ever. i bet i will never spend my money with bw3s again
