Salesman, Matt Weaver, came to my house 11 days ag...

Salesman, Matt Weaver, came to my house 11 days ago and was your typical salesman. He said jobs were taking 3-4 weeks but my situation was "the worst he had ever seen" so he would move me to the front of the line. I should have heard from him within in a week and I was to call him with questions. I did call him. I got a text back saying he was in a meeting and I never heard back. Someone from the office, Christian, has been completely unreachable. She calls me when I'm at work and when I call back she is never there so I have to leave a message. This is ridiculous and bad customer service. I am not looking forward to continuing business with them and at this point I would not recommend them to anyone.
