I picked up my gently used Grand Caravan yesterday. I have purchased three brand new vehicles and countless used ones in my life time and this experience with Capital Dodge was the easiest ever. The salesman was great. The sales manager was very personable. The parts counter guy was straight forward and informative and the receptionist was very kind. I never had too wait. Everybody was doing everything they should have been doing. Just like clockwork. When I picked up the Vehicle, The leather was so shinny I was amazed.
