If you like poor service and dishonest people then you will love this company.
After airing my complaints over the phone in detail to branch manager Rob Brooks he politely agreed the service they had provided was subpar and promised to credit back their fee to my card, said it would take about a week to process.
Two weeks later, no credit back, so I call and speak to Mr. Brooks again and he completely denied having ever agreed to the refund.
