1. I was among the best in the team based on my expertise in jira / number of reported bugs / quality / management I saw in the team compared to my time there, I came up with innovative ideas for the company, but they been taken into account.
2. My mother was seriously ill with cancer and was undergoing treatment and the need for a salary was increasing.
3. My father has a heart and liver disease.
4. My time in the company.

I was refused even though their turnover is growing or was, at least then it was.
I was put in session for some trivial reasons to prove to me that I am not right with my "audacity" to ask for a salary increase.
One day after 1 year in the same team I was informed that I would be moved to another team for no reason, I was not informed in an email a day ago or with a 1 on 1 meeting as was normal, I raised the tone on my project manager and he was misinterpreted, I had pretensions when studying psychology to be able to differentiate between an aggressive tone and a high tone with nuances of indignation especially knowing my situation
