My wife and I went there today because they have a decent sale going on. 50% off on blue tag items plus an additional 15%. We found a mattress and wooden bed frame that we were ready to purchase. However, the salesman was extremely confusing to the point I had no clue what he was talking about. I had already calculated in my mind the cost should have been around $1600 for both items. Suddenly he is talking about $2800 and then having an extra $2000 to make up for the difference. He mentioned $5000 at one point. What difference and where are you getting these prices from?? So, confused my wife asked if we needed to spend a certain dollar amount to get the discount and he kept talking about making up for the difference of the sale items.

That made me feel as if he was trying to trick us into spending double of what we wanted to pay just to get a better sale. This greatly annoyed my wife and i so we went to steinhafels, purchased a brand new mattress with a 10 yr warranty and an entire bedroom set for $2300. This includes delivery and assembly. None of this spend more to make up the difference nonsense.The salesman was great, no bs, and was up front and honest. He did not try to squeeze extra money unnecessarily out of us. That is why i will continue to go to Steinhafels.
