Nice contact on the phone and when visiting the villa from where we had to move. Quick and friendly movers MAIS:
despite a pre-visit to make sense of the operation, the day came 1) the truck did not return to our property, 2) our buffet (2.5 meters in length) could not be delivered to our apartment ( we "graciously" agreed to bring the furniture to its starting point at no cost!) and the person who had to call me to try to find a solution (furniture storage or eventual agreement of the control room for the use of an elevator (extra cost proposed 500 francs) never reminded me.
Two days later my godchild and two of his friends dismantled the buffet in 10 minutes and delivered it to me 30 minutes later.
I put three stars for the sympathy but for the rest: 0!
