LBH is poor hotel when it comes with dealing with mistakes they make during checkin. Aug 31 - Sept 3. The clerk (Anna) carelessly charged my account unaware $330 additional. After receiving the charged notification from bank mobile account. I immediately informed the front clerk "Anna" and asked for a manager assistance for three consistent days. Anna said she had informed the hotel director a Mr. Bertaind. During my stay no manager addressed my concerns about the unauthorized $330 hold on my funds. Since my stay was prepaid through "Hotwire" other than the $50 per night incidental fee no other charges should have been made on my account by LBH. What upset me the most, the management there communicated by their non response to my repeated attempts to meet them. Over charging guest accounts is not a manager concerns. I will never stay at Lord of Baltimore hotel again. Evidently, disregarding repeated and polite request for management level issues is non sequential.
