Review of Rixos The Palm Dubai

Was not very impressed

The staff was friendly, very friendly and helpful

Facilities, the bathtub was not clean,
The toilet had ash inside it,

We asked for a non smoking room, but got a smoking room.

Bed was very comfortable.

Spa, the shower in the spa had 2 of those tiny insects, staff was good though

For the same money, I would go elsewhere
