Just bought a new car on August 10-2020 - our salesman was excellent -helped us every step of the way - answered all our questions - helped us get the correct vehicle with everything we were looking - for - was very personable - we got an excellent deal - we left feeling our salesman Marlon went up and above to make us feel comfortable with our purchase - this is the second time we have been helped in purchasing a car by Marlon - we will always request him - and we will always return to Honda of Middletown ! Also a young woman Nickie helped us with all the paper work - explained every step of the way ! Very personable - helpful and made us feel like Honda of Middletown is the right place to purchase a new car - right down to the parts department staff - the financial staff - we were greeted and guided through the whole experience - I can't say enough about my husband and my experience - or the great staff at Honda of Middletown - thank you - Joanne Adamec - satisfied customer
