Hipsters may be all around the world by now, but let it be known that they started here at Truth Coffee. Voted one of the best coffee shops in the world by some (and perhaps by my wife and I too), it's a must experience while in Cape Town. It's near the District Six Museum and has outdoor seating and dozens of seats (booths, long tables, small tables, etc). No matter when you go, it's usually crowded but you should be able to get a seat. Once you sit down, order one of their cold brews. They roast on site. But what you really need to do is order breakfast here. I ordered the best French Toast of my life and my wife ordered the best omelet she's ever had (it was out of this world). The atmosphere is very interesting and eclectic. It truly is one of the best coffee shops in the world!
