In the room the air-condition was only on/off, they don't clean the rooms everyday, the forget to change towels and add shower soap, food was disgusting, staff in the restaurant is continously feedeng themselves and they don't care about customers, they tried to charge us minibar never used (probably staff it self consumed it), we had to sine that we didn't want to pay the mini bar. Restaurant closed for lunch... CRAZY!!! I travel a lot and i never received such bad experience and bad service for that price. Strongly suggest to not step in! ps: this resort is not under Hilton anymore but unde Jaz!!

Stay away from Fayrouz resort, there are many other nicer resorts where you can spend your money!!
