Just had an unfortunate and very condescending phone call from a young lady at this company over a trivial $39 overdue fee for the local video store. Clearly an oversight on my part, and one that is also clearly not going to be a problem to redress on my next visit. However, threats of escalation and insinuations of stupidity when I suggested that I could probably pay it next time I hire a DVD.

Really guys, how is this even remotely worth your while and how seriously do you think you can be taken over such trivial amounts.
