Awesome place! Aric the owner is a wonderful person and cares 110% about his restaurant and his customers. Would recommend to anyone who s looking for a very nice place to eat, you won t regret it.

I grew up in the valley. Live in Nashville. Travel the world for work. This may simply be one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed!
We asked Arik to bring us what he wanted us to eat. 5 people. 2 eating vegan. Family style.
The vegetable sushi roll was delicious. Thank you Stephanie! No sauce needed to let the flavors shine!
Veggie spring rolls were crisp and flavorful.

Mama s curry was an absolute gift! I ate as slowly as I could to savor each bite.
Every dish we had was remarkable.
Phat thai.
Stir-fry.
Salmon mango curry.
Tofu lettuce wraps.

Little hole in the wall, very intimate. Best sushi in the area

If you are between Glenwood and Aspen this is the only sushi restaurant to patronage. Authentic Japanese sushi, the owner even shuts down every year when he goes back to his homeland in Japan to study the art of sushi. His stories of being heli-dropped onto peaks in Alaska will engage you and his yellowtail carpaccio will overwhelm your taste buds as you listen. It's a hole in the wall, if you are the type of consumer looking for a chain don't bother - this is authentic. This isn't aspen either, so if you need a server to stroke your ego, again, don't bother. This is the only place I will go. Single cut sushi or sashimi is the best. Even if you want a little "Americano" in your roll - try the Cabo Roll, yummy/spicy/mayo filled goodness will make you happy happy :)

It's has everything you want in a sushi restaurant and a cool theme.

I'm home!!! It's my favorite restaurant in the valley. Amazing food, incredible creativity, such attention to detail, and taking care of you as family. I cannot recommend it enough!!!!! (BTW, if you're vegan, ask them to make you something special, the vegan sushi was incredible!!!)

My husband & I had a fantastic experience here. The wait staff was attentive & kind. The food was phenomenal & did not require any soy sauce - the natural flavors of the sushi & Thai dishes were more than enough. We also had the pleasure of meeting Eric, the owner, who is so kind & friendly. The experience was worth every reasonable penny charged! We can't wait to come back!

The most amazing dining experience of our entire trip to Colorado. We went to various high-end restaurants in aspen, but none compared to the quality and service of this establishment. The sushi was top-notch, and the staff were true customer service professionals. Thank you for the experience!

One of the best restaurants to hit the valley, food is amazing with the choice of thai and sushi there is something for everyone. Atmosphere is outstanding and staff is beyond excellent. Best part is the prices are affordable, sushi is usually one where I walk away hungry. At THC that doesnt happen! Only negative (but it really isnt) is the space is small so get in early so you dont miss out !

We had the best experience here! Great atmosphere, staff was amazing, food was fresh and excellent, great prices and portions. Looking forward to going back and exploring the menu. Super good. Very fresh fish. Been there twice now since the change over from Sushi Ya Gogo. They preserved the amazing food! First night had their special sushi with no soy sauce and second night ordered traditional as in the picture. My wife is Japanese so she is extremely picky. She approves! Uni was amazing as well as the live shrimp! Found with our daughter the traditional was better for a new sushi lover.

Update. Went back again and was as good as the first time! Looks like the menu expanded a little. Looking forward to trying the Thai food! yummy!

Chef Steph will ensure you have an incredible culinary experience with beautifully plated and executed dishes. We enjoyed both sushi and ramen that boasted umami flavors with every bite.
We were stunned to find sushi in a small mountain town that tops what we've tried in Denver and Colorado Springs.
Look up El Jebel, find a reason to visit this town, then do yourself a favor and spend an evening enjoying handcrafted deliciousness from the team at THC Sushi!

DELICIOUS food and EXCELLENT staff that make you feel like family. Tried pretty much every roll on the menu and each one entertained the tastebuds in a different way and was made with fresh ingredients. LOVE THC Sushi and can t wait to go back!

The head cheff Paul suprises me every time with something new that is out of this world. If you like sushi and Thai dishes this is the best place in the valley. The owner worked withbtye owner of Jing to rebrand there name in Aspen and has absolutely killed it since opening down in El Jebel. This place is simply amazing and you won t be disappointed.

Hidden gem in El Jebel. Easy drive from Snowmass, food was phenomenal. Had very fresh and well prepared sushi, and was able to watch all of the artistry that went into the preparation of dishes for others. Mom's Curry was exceptional, best red curry we have had outside of our local favorite in Florida. House soup also very fresh and well balanced. Family owned, everyone was super friendly, service was very good. Best meal we had during our visit to Aspen.

The crab sushi was amazing! They were able to do a cucumber wrap for us instead of seaweed for some of our rolls which they said is not always available. Very fresh fish. Tempura was great. There are less expensive options on the menu.
