I recently had some custom t-shirts made and was pleased with the quality of the screen printing. The colors were vibrant and the design came out exactly as I had envisioned. However, the customer service experience left something to be desired. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and I had to follow up multiple times to check on the status of my order. While the end product was satisfactory, the lack of clear communication and follow-through was frustrating. Overall, I would rate it as an average experience. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their printing in the future.
