It is when you need service that you truly discover the level of customer care. In my case, I placed an order 3 weeks ago (16/04/18) and was advised that the product (Range Cooker) is not in stock, and that it will arrive in up to 3 weeks. I called on Tuesday this week and asked for an update and explained that, I need to return our faulty range cooker which we ve had now for 3 weeks to the other manufacturer and use the cash for this new purchase so to avoid charges on the credit card. I was reassured that the Range Cooker will most like arrive on Thursday, or Friday at the latest, and I will receive a notification confirming that. After not receiving any notifications or calls, I called Marks Electrical this morning to check on the order and was advised that they have the product on shipment and it will arrive next week. I asked if they could look into It, and double check, and explained what I have been told previously. The lady apologised and said there is nothing that can be done about it. Agreeing to wait 3 weeks for the order was already a reluctant decision, and now realising that its going to take longer when we have no oven (Family with 2 children) and receiving conflicting information is extremely disappointing to say the least. I would advise you to place order with extreme caution and confirming a delivery date instantly at the time of the order, otherwise I wouldn t risk it. I will indeed pursue this complaint.
