I was able to stay relatively close to my diet, having had 2 vegetable servings and no rice, along with steak and shrimp. The butter as a cooking medium was the only thing I had in excess of my ideal dietary limitations which I can work off with exercise. Thus, I combined 2 protein meals in 1 meal and it was a treat I plan to enjoy again as i just needed to add 2 smartcarbs such as fruit or sweet potatoes to round out my diet requirements for a 4 ounce protein dinner and a 2 ounce protein snack. I did not gain any weight nor lose any weight which is an excellent result for a treat on a diet. Of course, it was great for those watching their diets as well as those who are not. Many families were there celebrating birthdays.
