If you visited the Exploratorium's Marina location...

If you visited the Exploratorium's Marina location but haven't been back since their move to the Embarcadero, the experience is substantially different on Pier 15/17. For one, it's hard to beat the Bay. And the new facilities are bigger, brighter, and considerably more modern-feeling. The exhibits are great fun for kids and interesting for adults as well certainly if you enjoy science. Definitely a must-see for vacationing families.
