Stayed here over the holidays while waiting on our early morning flight out of NY. The front desk staff were AMAZING. Honestly, we didn t realize we booked a hotel in the heart of China Town, so imagine our excitement when we arrived. The staff directed us to a few local attractions and great food spots. So thankful for the early morning shuttle ride back to the airport. Highly recommend staying at this Hyatt Place.
