This is my second visit to Canyon Ranch. Each time I visit I have high hopes but ultimately don t enjoy my experience as much as I expect to based upon the amenities. It is a large facility but it s chaotic when appointment time comes. There was confusion as to my appointment and I waited into my treatment time for masseuse and the appointment did not run over to accommodate. The massages that I have gotten there do not correlate to the price points they are offering.
