The art of customer service is back! This week I purchased a Kia Soul from Paramount Kia of Hickory, NC and want to share with you that all of my expectations were exceeded. The car purchase was hassle free from start to finish. I can rate my sales person a 10 -- not only throughout the process but the follow-up was excellent.
