I also cannot understand how anyone could give this place five star rating. I would give it a negative 5 stars if possible. The staff is so rude and spoke in such a patronizing way to me it was totally uncalled for and really upset me. I have an I phone 8 plus and I have an issue no service which is apparently pretty common for the I phone 8 plus. Even though my phone is still under warranty they said I had to provide the receipt. Which as everyone who owns an iPhone knows you do NOT. The device has all the information on the phone which I told them and they said don t listen to anyone BUT ME! Then they said they couldn t do anything at all without the original receipt. Rude, patronizing and I honestly don t know why Apple allows them To Be a licensed agent. Don t go there!
