I could write a saga. Bottom line up front: please avoid their service department. I can provide specifics, but long story short is that they use routine maintenance to make up concerns and label them as "urgent" and rack up costly services. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car from this dealership, that has only been serviced at this dealership, and there is always something. I try to give the benefit of the doubt each time but after today's service I hit a breaking point. This is not directed at the sales department, but please once you purchase your vehicle take it to a mechanic you know and trust!
