Absolutely horrible experience. Our family had booked in for a weekend as it was the venue for a wedding reception. Firstly the hotel cannot take charge of their guests. There was 2 nyts of unruly behavior and noise making that stopped at 2am. Secondly hot water seems to be beyond this place. While in the shower the water goes cold and then hot again and then cold. Some rooms the aircon wouldn't work and since it was fully booked there was zero chance of getting another room. Sad to see that a hotel with some much potential is what it is.
