I have used Midlands Real Estate to both manage my rental property and most recently sell it as well. As a property owner who was living oversea's, I never once had to worry about the management of my home. The communication was always prompt, situations handled quickly (we needed a new roof and they quickly got 3 estimates for us), and the friendly person always at the other end of the phone was so reassuring. When it came time to sell our home just this month, Carrie was awesome and expertly managed the whole process leading to a quick closing!!! I could not recommend them enough!
