I was disappointed with my stay at the Westin. Though the location is unbeatable, the hotel left a lot to be desired. We were part of a tour group and from all 30 of us, none could catch wifi or mobile data in our rooms. I was also charged a surcharge at checkout that I was assured would be reversed as it was erroneous, however till today it has not been resolved. A very frustrating experience overall.
