Had a fantastic experience at Richards Honda. I was in the market for (my first) new vehicle and wanted know more about my options, and my sales Rep, Carva Henley, took the time and care to explain the benefits of a Lease vs. Buying, as well as my financing options in terms that were clear and easy to understand.I told him what I was looking for, and it was obvious that this salesman genuinely wanted to help me find the best option for *me*, and that helped my decision immensely. He even took the time to walk the lot with me to decide on a model, answering my questions with an expert knowledge and clear consideration for what I'd told him I needed to find in the perfect vehicle. Ultimately, after a few short hours time, I walked away happy with a new 2015 Honda CR-V and absolutely no doubts that I made the right decision.
