Allowed Creditor to cancel current settlement even though payment was made on time. I only had three more payments and caused me to have new settlement. I lost over $4000 in payments and have to start over. They did not represent me, by talking with creditor but only accepted their cancellation. They could not/would not understand that payment was made (it cleared on time) and there was no basis for cancellation.
