They forced me onto a payment plan and wouldn't budge at all on their fees even though I was homeless and wasn't receiving any bills. Then they charged me an additional $20 on top of my payment plan, without my permission. This place shouldn't be allowed to take peoples credit card information if they're going to make unauthorized transactions against their will.
