I go back and check reviews occasionally. I just saw their response. Apparently if you give a fair review he will take to slandering.

-I called, signed up for automatic billing, and then they dropped the ball.
Funny thing is the woman said their was a new system which is why the automatic billing was required. I remember in 16 I could not save any of my payment options and I had to re-enter it. New system adds up given the guy thought I had only been a member for a month.

I will own I filtered their emails due to all their advertising so sometimes they had to call and let me know a bill was posted. Which I then paid.

Anyways...make your own opinion. I added a copy of the email so you can see his night and day response.

Old review...

I bought a new house and used them. They were okay, they did get rid of the weeds. The small ones. I get some big ones around the fence line that their service wasn't able to assist with. Also, some pop up around the driveway.

Issues: customer service
-Signed up for service last year. They never showed up this year. So I emailed inquiring and they said they switched to automatic billing. Not happy about leaving me hanging, but I was happy with automated billing. Added credit card info.

-Got less than 24hr notice they were planning to come out. Already had the pest guy coming so I asked them to reschedule which they didn't seem too happy about.

-No one came out and still no communication. Called to cancel service. Guy calls and says "I see you have only been with us a month". Great considering I used them all '16.

Any who, I cancelled because they left me hanging and my yard suffered as a result.
