I somewhat slouch and it can be very uncomfortable at times. Yesterday, I made an appointment for my Mom and I to have massages. This was just for our birthdays. I am so glad I went though! I had Valerie do my massage. She asked if I had any pains anywhere and I told her due to my slouch I have upper back problems and pains. Her main focus was my upper back. Once she was done massaging me, I stood up and was walking up-right. She hit spots that other massage therapists have not hit. It really was amazing and I will definitely be back!!
