I have been going to Dr Henshaw periodically over the last couple years, after initially being seen by her in Rancho Bernardo. Her professionalism, excellent chiropractic skills and genuine caring led me to follow her to her new office in Mira Mesa, where she is currently. Dr Henshaw utilizes a number of techniques and approaches, rather than relying exclusively upon physical (cracking ) adjustments. Another aspect I very much appreciate is that she has a non-hurried approach, taking time to listen and address each issue carefully and thoroughly.
Dr. Visico was excellent in explaining the pain caused from a whiplash incident through diagrams and helped with demonstrating stretching techniques. After a much needed alignment and a wonderful session in the massage chair, I m feeling the healing process take over and the pain subsiding!
Iv been seeing Dr. Gale Savage for a few years now for neck and back pain. She has been great and every time she adjust me I always wake up feeling so much better. I Definitely recommend. Staff is super friendly too!!!

They filled out my paperwork and communicated with the insurance companies and lawyers for me. Dr. savage gives wonderful adjustments that make me feel better after every visit. Dr. Henshaw is awesome. She really takes her time and makes sure that I m feeling good and that my migraine condition is improving.
I never have to wait for my appointment since they seem to always be appropriately planned, and I never feel rushed out the door. I didn t feel pressured to be on a treatment plan; she s just making sure that I m doing okay.
