Helped me transition in to a new career path smoothly and the staff through the whole process was amazing.

I have tried at least 100 times over the years to get a job with this company. I apply for every job I meet the qualifications for. I have more than 6 months of customer service experience. Every single job I apply for I get an email saying I wasn t chosen. Do you even hire anyone? Even if I wasn t qualified for one job, they can t help find another I am qualified for? Most unhelpful and discouraging temp place I ve tried so far.

I recently found an opportunity for a perfect career path and InnoSource helped prepare me every step of the way. They connected my personality and dedication to the higher up employer and painted the perfect picture of my work ethic. Because of the hard work behind InnoSource, I landed an interview fully prepared and landed the position the very next day!

Complete waste of time! First they will call you. So they can do a phone interview with you, ask several questions. Tell you about a position your perfect for waste about 30-45 minutes of your time on the phone. Then they will ask you to come in. Have you fill out paperwork, do a test then another interview. After everything is said and done you've spent another 1.5 - 2 hours there then they make you wait several days just to get an email that your not getting the position. Thanks for wasting my time

The recruiter who interviewed me months ago sounded scripted and looked half asleep while interviewing me. This shows that our Recruiting system is broken. I was called back months after my interview when I was already on a job where my past experiences and academic degree was valued. They were offering me position that barely needs high school degree, even they knew that I have an MBA degree and over 8 years of working experience.

What a great place to help me restart my career! I was looking for a change in direction, and the staff took a lot of time to set me up with a position that matched my skill set. They helped me prepare for the position and interview really well. What really impressed me was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Rebekah at the front desk made me feel was very friendly and did an excellent job at answering any questions I had. Overall, great experience, and happy to say I just celebrated 6 months at my new job! I recommend any of my friends that are looking to start with InnoSource.

I went in a while ago and was met by the front receptionists with a welcoming smile and positive energy. I was offered water by Rebekah and was treated with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. Everyone I spoke with was kind and genuine and I was very pleased with my interaction there. Great place, great people

Went in for initial interview and was told my resume would be sent to hiring company. I had to contact the recruiter twice but didn t get much information. 4 weeks later I see there are 2O other applicants and then the job posting was gone.

This was a job I was well qualified for and it would have been nice to have been directly contacted by your company. Even to be offered something else would have been nice. This is a very poor way to do business.

This company sucks....I have been applying for 4-6 mos. and always get a they cannot offer me a position at this time...reason being I was looking for specific hours and days....and now they hold this against me....how petty and unprofessional. This office could use a reality check in not holding grudges towards potential employees because of their preference in scheduling or letting their childish emotions prevent them from extending professional conduct at all time......this office is very deceitful to say the least!

The interview was great. They boosted my ego, really made me believe I would get the job. I stressed the importance of looking for a career not just a job, and I followed every piece of advice given when I went to interview with Mr. Cooper. Needless to say I didn't get the job . What a waste of my time.

I enjoyed working for this temp agency. The recruiter, Kristen, was very nice and professional. I stay all the way in Texas, so the hiring process was unconventional, but very efficient. I did my application and paperwork over the weekend and had my interview over skype. The only thing I did not like was that the job assignment they placed me in was somewhat harassing and they weren't truthful. It was a call center for reservations and it was all fine and dandy, until they started purposefully making fake calls to frustrate me more than I've ever had any regular customer do. This was confirmed later by a personal friend of mine who was in the process of getting promoted. The job itself was presented as a work from home opportunity, but they took 6 months to even email me an application for a permanent position (aka going home). When I went in there were 6 new-hires (including me) in my training class, and when I left, I was one of the last two. So this job assignment obviously wasn't for everyone, but a job is still a job, and I appreciated the chance nonetheless. Overall, it was a good experience.

I love this place and I love working here! The staff is amazing, very close community, the surrounding area is great, the employee lounge is updated, the benefits are awesome, and the management is so involved. Couldn't be more happy to work here!

Applied for two positions that I was overly qualified for. First time I was avoided for two weeks as I was calling to check on the status. Finally receive a sorry about your luck email. Tried again recently and was promised a call back. No call just another sorry email. This place is a joke and I will be going out of my way to warn people to avoid this so called staffing agency. I'll be following up with equal opportunity as well.

Innosouce has such a bad relationship with their client, my employment assignment, that my fate was sealed before I ever started.

I had applied for two positions at innosource in dublin ohio by Tuttle Mall, one was discover card for $14.50 hr; and after calling off work and driving across town for 40 miles from work back and forth and taking stupid tests for 3 hours, I did not get the job. I do want to mention I have 18 years of customer service and 3 years in collections (keeping in mind I was applying for customer service position). Second time I decided to give this innosource company a second chance I had applied on careerbuilder to another customer service job 4 months later. Again came for an interview driving across town again burning my gas and calling off work; lady who interviewed me said it will take 3 or more days to get back to me. Second day I get an email in response to my follow up thank you letter for her the day after the interview; she is telling me that innosource is not able to provide me with any position at this time. So why do you invite me for an interview if you don't want to offer me a position? Are you serious our just like to waste people's time and gas money? I have an Associate in management, Bachelor's in healthcare management, two certifications in personal training, 18 years of experience in customer service, ex military police officer in the US NAVY, 3 years in collections and the list goes on. If my resume does not look strong to this innosource than I don't know what kind of applicants they are looking for but something is shady about this place. Its either they are hiring their friends and relatives or they are looking for all the experience that I have plus a Masters degree. Well good luck finding a person with a Masters degree who will work for $15 per hour. You like wasting people's time, $, and gas and play games with them? This is why you are getting this low review from me because you are wasting people's time who are a perfect candidates for your entry level jobs; and this is the second time your company has done it to me. And after this the owner is writing back a feedback about my review that they will improve some areas in which they lack in... You can start by stop wasting people's time!!!!! Twice I wasted my time driving across town and using my pto at work to come to your dumb agency and twice I got response that "No available positions are available for me at this time". Why do you even advertise your jobs on line and invite people for an interview if you can't offer a position to me? You are so full of bs and your agency.

I am so thankful they chose me to go work where I had desired. Nothing but attentiveness from each Representative who stopped by to check on me.

I applied for a job I was qualified for and was told they weren't able to offer a position at this time. I wonder why not.... But seen the job posted again. Must be only for certain people. Not sure how they are screening.

I come from an insurance sales background. I have other experiences as well but I was having a difficult time finding a job. Most companies that contacted me, were insurance sales companies. I wanted a change in careers as a salesman. Ryan Klein, with Innosource, contacted me about an opening he had. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about the potential position. I'm a recent graduate who was looking for my first job, and InnoSource helped me find the right place and the right fit for where to start my career. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Innosource, and especially my recruiter, Meghan. She was professional, helpful, and I really felt like she's been my advocate throughout this process. I look forward to the oppurtunity that InnoSource helped me achieve!

Initially I had a great impression of this company, but after dealing with one of their recruiters I don t know what to think anymore. This person was either uneducated about federal law or just had a bad attitude. I had been playing phone tag with her and we finally set up a time to discuss two separate positions. She was courteous and everything went well until I told her that I could not work Saturdays. She told me that I would have to have open weekends because while I wouldn t be working EVERY Saturday, I would need to work Saturdays on occasion. She said that the company rotates the Saturday shift among the employees. I told her that I could work Sundays instead.

I tried to explain to her that it s not that I just didn t want to, but couldn t. That should have been a clue. I was also available 6 other days a week, including second shift, which she knew.

She became really rude and made a remark to the effect of well why would they let you not work Saturdays if other employees have to . I explained to her that my current employer has the same Saturday situation but that they were able to accommodate me. Hint.. hint. I didn t want to have to explicitly state that I couldn t work on Saturdays for religious reasons.
My current employer understood without me having to spell it out. For unawares, it s a violation of federal law to not hire someone based on their religiously based inability to work on a certain day. Only if they can prove that this would cause an undue burden onto the employer. Clearly, a rotating shift **once a month or less** that could be filled by any other employee is FAR from an undue burden. This information is readily available online, and that a recruiter wouldn t know this makes me question this company s competence.

She was appallingly ignorant. I didn t bring any of this up by the way, but she should have known this. She then muttered something about giving them a call and then calling me back, but it was clear she just wanted to get off the phone with me and had no intention of calling me back even after having emailed me twice and called me twice over the past week. I wanted to contact the actual employer to warn them about their terrible recruiters but I don t want to throw this company under the bus because of one employee. They are opening themselves up to lawsuits by keeping people like this as recruiters. I expect a canned response and no real resolution.

Innosource was instrumental in helping me find gainful employment. I was moving from out-of-state and they made every accommodation (telephone/skype interviews etc.) to ensure that I would have a job waiting for me upon arrival. It took so much stress out of the process to know they had my best interest at heart. I'm so thankful to Rebekah for recommending their services and her personable manner throughout the process.

It has been a really good experience overall. There was care taken for each individual employee. I felt valued and appreciated. Things were handled in a professional manner. I would recommend this company for employment assistance.

Building was nice with ample parking. Had to go to show identification for my I-9 for an upcoming internship and the service was quick and the receptionist and person who took my papers were very polite.

Innosource is truly amazing! I want to say I applied on a Monday, had a phone call from a recruiter by Wednesday that week and had an in-person interview with that recruiter by Friday that same week. Once I completed the assessment with Innosource on Friday, the following Tuesday the recruiter called to let me know the employer was interested in interviewing with me; I then had an interview that Friday and I found out following Monday I had the job. So in total it was just over a 2 week process and I had not a job, but a career. The company Innosource partnered me with pays phenomenally well and is a Fortune 500 Company, it is a career as an accounts manager, not a job .

My recruiter was Kate, I would with extreme confidence refer anyone I know in the job market to Innosource and Kate. Their job selection, ease of communication, and process is superb. Kate is amazing and I couldn t be more fortunate, thank you Kate and thank you Innosource. I cannot wait for my first day!

At first I enjoyed this company and thought they were helpful and friendly. As time passed I discovered this was not at all the case. I was constantly being fed lies or being led in circles.

On top of this they have some of my personal belongings that they are being extremely difficult about allowing me to get back.

If you are looking for a temporary job just to make some money they are fine but if you are trying to start a career I would 110% recommend seeking employment elsewhere.

Honestly I m not even sure where to began. This company took over my job in the middle of the year it was supposed to be a smooth transition but I guess there meaning if smooth is also know as very rough. Once I got a hold of Emily I thought things would get much better do to the fact that she would communicate with me if it wasn t for Emily I feel that it would have been a lot worse, but now here I am after being fired for an unknown reason and reaching out to them for answer nobody can tell me anything and applying for unemployment was a waste of time because the Alabama Labor says that they never sent paper work and after reaching out to InnoSource multiple times the unemployment agency finally gets something from them saying I was discharged for disorderly conduct but no one could tell me what that is. So to sum it all up if you d like to work for a company who s misleading who beats around the bush and isn t willing to be truthful with you from the start well you ve found your company! Thanks to the once like Emily who did try to help and make things better but overall not satisfied by any means!

InnoSource is an amazing company to work for. They will literally set you up for success! They even gave me tips to a successful interview. They encourage you to ask questions and are quick at responding back to you. I feel like it's the best recruiting company out there. I've never had a company as eager for me to succeed as I am, with the exception of InnoSource! I'm grateful for the opportunity for work with them.
