Mike Mulvaney is da man! He helped me with a "not so normal" transaction and got me the car I wanted. The whole team at Dorschel has been a pleasure. Great to know there is a company out there that still believ es to great Customer Service.

Not only did he help me, but also a friend, who had a bad experience with one of the other sales people. There was a personality conflict and Mike had him come back, talk to him, and he ordered a car from Mike! Saved Dorschel from a sale that could have gone to another dealership.

After seeing what a great car the Prius is, my partner went in, saw Mike, and bought a new Prius C! A triple play that could have only been one car, but Mike made the process so simple, it was easy!
