No service at all !!!! Pretty poor , management wa...

No service at all !!!! Pretty poor , management wasn't willing to offer alternatives after not letting me in without valid major credit card...( german) !
I had a confirmed reservation... that wouldn't have worked out WITHOUT valid credit card !!!
Used to be a really nice place to stay in Palm Beach....30 yesrs ago ! It really is no more...So sorry about that . Sincerely yours , Regina Maack-Weitz .
