Unfortunately I was employed by ForRent for over a year.
It was nothing to work employees around the clock, with no compensation, not even so much as a thank you. Yearly reviews are out of the question and job title change without the employee being notified. There is definitely NO open door policy, two of my coworkers were fired because they had complained to Lara in HR about their managers and/or work environment.
When a manager had received a promotion to another company within Dominion Enterprises, he was thrown under the bus repeatedly during department meetings. His peer level managers had nothing but negative remarks about him. Hugely disappointing.
My manager Ethan Daughtery lied to make sure I received no unemployment monies.
Do NOT go to HR with anything, you will get fired.
This company will stop at nothing, compromising any morals they may have left.
The way a company treats their employees speaks volumes on how they run a business and eventually how the company treats their customers. I would NOT refer this company to anyone.
