The human person part of my service, (Pro Master 3500 camper van) was very good! Initially, could not complete on-line scheduling. Called and scheduled, when I arrived I was not on the list for the days appointments. Was told it Might be something to do with Pro master codes that the computer system doesn t recognize?! They got me in, Oil change, cabin filter and tire rotation were completed in a timely manner.
