My impression of Flawless Wellness Spa is twofold:

Firstly, the communication and professionalism when scheduling was less than ideal. There appears to be a lack of organization with scheduling and invoicing, as it took several emails, calls, and texts to smooth out our appointment and the pricing for the services.

On the flip-side however, the spa facilities and massages were both WONDERFUL. The two masseuses giving our couples' massages were both extremely professional and talented therapists. I received maybe the best massage of my life from an experienced masseuse (Jerry?). The spa itself is absolutely adorable inside--very stylish and calming. The massage room had large picture windows facing into the woods, framed by hanging indoor plants. The whole effect gave the feeling of being in a tropical jungle getting a relaxing massage. We were told the owner does all the decorating and it is clear that she is very talented and has an eye for design.

Overall, we would come back to Flawless Wellness Spa, as the atmosphere is excellent and the quality and care of the staff is superior. However, I would recommend calling to make an appointment and confirming price via phone to avoid any miscommunication.
