I called because I needed to cancel my membership, I could no longer afford it. I spoke with a customer service representative that did an excellent job helping me. Maddie listened to my situation, gave me information and options and we were able to resolve my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. She was professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
