I had the Keratin treatment done on my very curly & frizzy hair. Mercedes was very professional and knowledgeable, she walked me through each step as she was doing my hair, sharing with me what she's doing and made me feel very comfortable doing the Keratin treatment since I was not sure I would like this treatment as my hair is completely natural. Mercedes made me feel comfortable trusting my hair in her hands. I have been going to my hair dresser for 6 years and never considered letting anyone else every touching my hair but I'm so glad that I finally caved and tried someone new because I literally fell in love with my hair from the moment I saw the final product. I've gotten so many compliments in the past 24 hours, I highly recommend Mercedes!!!! I would recommend her to my mother (already have) because she's literally amazing at what she does. Not only did Mercedes do a phenomenal job in bringing life back to my hair, she's very personable. Her customer service is unsurpassed and I will absolutely return and recommend her to anyone who's looking for someone who truly cares about your hair.
