First and foremost I want to give GOD all the praise. Because I had an issue with my car my car,I was told no at first by someone at the dealership. I called the dealership back got someone different and received more help and additional information from her. I was told to call EFG and then I was told no by two more people. I was disappointed by there answer I didn't become become rude or belligerent. After I hung up with them I received a call from a young man named Chris from EFG I want thank GOD for him,because GOD allowed him to listen to me and really hear me and my issues. Now my is getting fixed. And it's not going to cost me money that I would not have been able to afford but my deductible. Thank you GOD and Mr.Chris you were a man of your word,because you went above and beyond the call of duty. I want to thank GOD for you Mr.Chris and thanks for your help.This shows me just TRUST GOD AND HAVE FAITH THAT HE WILL MAKE A WAY WHEN IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS NO WAY
