I bought a new Jeep Wrangler here that rusted on all four doors after just over 1 year. Originally my file was being handled by a service tech named Jay. I called back a few weeks later to see where we were at with the repair claim and that service tech was no longer there, and my file had disappeared completely so had to restart the warranty claim.

My vehicle was out of my hands for the repair for a full 3 weeks, after originally being told it would be gone for 8 business days. Meanwhile both Renfrew and Chrysler Canada refused to provide me with a Loaner Vehicle or pay for a rental. My vehicle is financed and I paid $600 over the 3 weeks in payments, only to have no vehicle and to have to pay on top of that for additional transportation as I don t have another vehicle.

I called at one point while it was in the body shop and spoke with Renfrew s warranty representative, and asked to speak to the GM. She told me he would call me back. Never heard from him and this is a month later. I had purchased 3 Jeeps at Renfrew and serviced 4 in total. They have done a good job at ensuring I will never spend a dime there again.
