IF I WAS ABLE TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!! I moved into a rental home that uses conservice for their utilities. After living in the house for about 2 months and receiving no electric bill I called on MULTIPLE different occosations and they told me that it had not come in yet but I would be notified as soon as my first bill did come in. A couple of weeks later im notified by my home security that my power is out. So I call conservice and let them know what was going on and they told me that they would get it figured out.. hours and hours go by and nothing is getting resolved. My power is still out, food in the refrigerator is getting warm. So i call again, and again, and AGAIN and NOTHING. I give them one final call to try and figure out what is going on and they tell me that they are still working on it. By this point im very annoyed and decide to call Snapping Shoal's and try to figure out the problem myself. S.S tells me that there is no electricity on at my house because they were unaware that someone was living there and that the electricity was not in anyone's name. So i quickly get the electricity put in my own name and the power is cut back on within 20 minutes. So im thinking everything is OKAY at this point. NO, I'm wrong... Conservice calls S.S and had the electricity put into their name then proceed to charge ME $50.00 because they had to switch it "back" into their name when it was never in their name to start with!!!! Needless to say, if there is any way possible that you can avoid having to deal with this company, DO IT!!!
