They have experienced technicians, but the place Is always very busy. Finding the right staff at the window and clearly communicating the problem with your truck makes a big difference in getting a good result. Checking in person on the status of the vehicle being repaired will save you unwanted surprise. The place can use some sensitivity towards owner operators with regard to repair cost estimates. The "2 hour minimum" could be discouraging for some. They do have seasoned technicians that can solve any issues on any truck. Clearly communicating the extent of the problem and making sure the right technician gets on the job will save time, money and disappointment. Expect long wait at times depending on the issue of the truck. I do recommend them to anyone with complicated truck issues.
