Have rented from this company twice before with no issues... this time whole different story and it will be the last time we ever use this company.. from the scooter not holding a charge.. to poor customer service, not following up on after hour calls.. not picking scooter up at the designated time making us late.. am totalling unhappy and dissatisfied with the whole experience... save yourself the trouble and don't rent with this company...new management...have notifed corporate .
