Regarding Fantasy In Lights...
Nowhere on the website does it say that once you get in line for your appointed time that you could end up waiting in line for an hour before they will actually let you start. We have the 7:30 to 8:30 time slot and we got in line at 7:45 behind a group of probably 40 cars that were here before us. It is now after 8 and there still doesn't seem to be any indication that we will be going anytime soon. The Callaway website indicates nothing like this and that you will be sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic indefinitely with porta potties provided in order to help you bide your time. Why not explain that there is a holding area prior to taking the tour...

Couple this with the fact that the online ticket ordering system didn't work and that we had to go to will call, Callaway Gardens is not making the best first impression 4 new customers.
