Awful customer service and we didn't get our order on time.
Very disappointed in the care for my business with Aztec. Small business owner here, and all aspects of time are very precious for me. Many, many times I was told things would be checked on for me reguarding my orders, or that I would receive an email or call back, all to no avail.
I am way over a months time on orders that to my knowledge we re finalized weeks ago. I have no idea why I was given such unprofessional treatment. I have never experienced a company repeatedly telling me things that they in fact never did/would do. Take caution.
Overall we were very happy with the product they provided (jackets with custom logo and individual customization) as they were good in quality. The downside was that they initially quoted us a time table of roughly two weeks but completed it in four weeks.
I'd recommend them if you're not pressed for time in general, but they're very friendly, patient staff, convenient to those located in Austin, and relatively customizable work for a good price. 3.5 stars, but I rounded up since that wasn't an option. :)
Our school ordered tee-shirts for our school field day and 3 of the shirts we received we're youth sizes instead of adult. Because Aztec would not correct this, three of our adults didn't have shirts for our event. The day before the event, Aztec said they would get us the shirts by day's end. We did not get them, and Aztec did not refund our school for the missing shirts.
Aztec answered my inquiry, managed to help me build our organizations t-shirts with every detail we wanted, and processed my order with delivery within 1 week. This is the fastest I have ever come across and the cheapest. I worked with Carol who was very polite and kept up to date on all our decision. The first time I used Aztec must have been close to 20 years ago when they were on the drag. Great quality then, Great quality now.
They deliver a superior product and have a good turnaround for screen printing. The customer service was great, even with my indecisiveness and endless questions.
I try to shop local and Aztec is about as Austin as you can get.
Whenever I need branding on just about anything, they are my one stop shop!
They will not have your order on time!! I called them on the day when they said my order "will be available by" and they told me they will call me back. No call back.
I call them again and they make an excuse saying that "one of their machines are malfunctioning" and can't produce my order by the deadline they gave me. They didn't even bother notifying me ahead of time. The deadline was a hard deadline for me and it was imperative that my order be on time. Find another company to do business with. Please.
Always good products and service! Don't listen to old reviews. These guys are great for promo items. Sometimes shipping gets delayed which is out of their control. Just make sure to follow up!
We purchased shirts with embroidered logos for our staff at the SBDC. The whole process was seamless. Great selection, good prices and most important-- excellent customer service.
My organization uses AztecWorld every time we order shirts, and they never disappoint. The process of ordering is easy, and the staff has always treated us as if we were friends, not simply customers. The t-shirts that we receive are exactly what we want. I would highly recommend AztecWorld!
