I ordered the hibachi chicken and shrimp online an...

I ordered the hibachi chicken and shrimp online and when I was eating my food I found hair in my food curled up on a piece of chicken. YES HAIR IN MY FOOD FROM KANKI. When I took the food back and showed the manager she said she couldn't give me a refund because I ordered through the online portal that's attached to them when you Google search KANKI and that location. She act as if it wasn't a big deal me finding hair in my food. I was disgusted and wanted my money back. I'm asking well how are you going to compensate me cause she's telling me it's nothing they can do. I told her even if I ordered through the online portal this food still came from here. She offered to fix the same thing and I told her no I can't eat no more of that. Then she begin to "write a note" with my name number and the date with her signature stating that I found hair in my food and that I can come back another time with that and show who ever is working and I would get the same thing again... I had her just fix another meal for my mother to compensate me not being able to get my money back. As I'm waiting I looked up a customer support number for the online portal and explained to them my situation and they called her and when he got back on the phone with me, he told me they wouldn't release the funds.. hearing this I was HOTTT because she lied and said I couldn't get a refund. So when I went back in I told her if you would have told me from the beginning that all I had to do was to call the portal I wouldn't have had you to make something else cause I'd rather get my money back. She begin to lie in my face like I'm stupid or something saying she told me..and I'm telling her you didn't and then I'm going in further stating I HAD HAIR IN MY FOOD that's nasty and she acting like it's not... BUT I JUST WANT TO PRE WARN. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE OR ORDER FROM THIS ONE REALLY CHECK YOUR FOOD. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN.
