Product is good customer service is awful. Once I signed up for the free trial Danny Dias was quick to follow up with me to figure out how they help...a.k.a get your signed up for a paid subscription. I made an error and signed up for sales starter when I wanted marketing. Sent two emails to Danny to find out the fix and crickets...gone, can't be bothered to respond. I chatted online with service department and they suggested an email to billing. 3 days later nothing, I guess it went into a black hole. You might be very smart tech people running that business but your clueless on what really counts. Contact me and I can teach about delivering world class customer service.
