Have there brought a laptop and a new TV, since I actually live further away, I asked if I could exchange the article in another market with me dis was confirmed by 2 sellers. Had left the laptop still unpacked and decided to return I was unfortunately not possible on site! Also, the seller worked on me, as also in the reviews, very unprofessional and badly informed. Personally, I question why not the management of the group intervenes in such markets, it really does not surprise me that there are fewer and fewer local businesses.
